1. Registration Fee: The fixed registration fee for each training session is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs and secures your place in the training program as well as 10 recodings of live sessions from previous batch.

6. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the course start date. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment only.

We reserve the complete right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situations like COVID-19, etc.) Please Note – Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter hereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto.
